Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.<\/p>\n To qualify for a discretionary return, the product must be unused, unopened, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or order number is required. We may request photographs before authorizing the return.<\/p>\n Inspect the order promptly after delivery.
